Orientation to the provisions of The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace 

Women Development Cell (WDC) of TIMSR organized a session on April 6, 2021 on the topic ‘Orientation to the provisions of The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal Act) 2013’ for students and faculty members. The Key Note Speaker for the said session was Dr. Medha Shetye, Legal Professional. The speaker covered aspects such as prevention of sexual harassment of women at workplace, procedure for filing complaints, provisions for the victim of sexual harassment and related issues.
