A one day Course on “Certified HR Analyst” was conducted by Middle Earth HR for PGDM, Sem III (Batch 2018-20) HR specialisation students on 10th August, 2019. Mr. Irfan Ahmed, Trainer, Middle Earth HR was the resource person for the programme. The purpose of the course was to make the students aware of the changing ball game of HR domain in industry and need of designing more research orientated HR processes.
