Workshops for Maharashtra Police

     The faculty and students of TIMSR successfully conducted two unique MDPs for the officials of  Maharashtra Police Department on effective managerial skills. TIMSR is one of the few B-Schools in Mumbai to have undertaken such MDPs. Click here

Workshop for Central Bank of India

As a part of corporate synergies, TIMSR conducted MDPs for the officials of Central Bank of India on subjects such as managerial economics and effective communication skills.

Research Workshops

The LRC organized a two - day workshop on "Skills Required for Research" on 23^rd and 24^th December 2009. Various B schools such as MET, Lala Lajpatrai, and Chetna Institute of Management participated. The workshop was inaugurated by Dr. Rohit Sabherwal of CMIE. Dr. Vivek Patkar (Independent researcher), Dr. Venkatesh Kumar (Indian Council of Social Science Research - WRC), Dr. Pujar (Indira Gandhi Institute of Development Research), Prof. Shailaja Rego (NMIMS), and Dr. Savnur (Joshi Bedekar College) were the resource persons.

A research workshop focussing on "Statistics in Research" was organized by the Research Cell. It was conducted by in-house faculty, Prof. Anuja Joshi and Prof. Ashwini Deshpande from 15^th to 20^th June 2009.

A workshop on "Advanced Research Techniques" was organized by the Research Cell on 9th & 10th July 2009 to familiarize the faculty with the use of advanced research techniques. Dr. Vivek Patkar, an independent researcher, was the resource person.
